Third session in today with 21 young ladies fro St Mark’s Catholic School in Hounslow.

Unbelievable how fast they are pucking things up.

I have explained to them that it’s not important for them to develop their fitness strength and self defence skills , and when I ask them why , they say shout as one ” because it’s essential ” these girls catch on quick  .

Several of them are already enquiring how they can access more classes and begging the teacher to do more.
